Paul Maddox is a Chartered Accountant with a comprehensive background in Audit & Assurance obtained with top 4 firm Deloitte LLP and subsequently held a number of senior director level positions in Finance, HR & IT across a number of PE, corporate plc and not for profit entities.
A highly strategic Finance Director with strong emphasis on streamlined transactional finance, robust financial control, strong governance, effective financial reporting, timely billing, transparent revenue assurance and compliant statutory regulation.
In addition to managing first class finance teams, he has also delivered several key business restructures including acquisitions, mergers, outsourcing and also insourcing projects. Paul joins the team having recently led a high profile turnaround, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds an MSc in Finance and Management from Loughborough University which he passed with distinction.
